Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with The Planet D! We want your order to arrive as smoothly as your next adventure, so here’s what you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Changes

Cancellations:
Our production process starts quickly, so there’s only a short window to cancel an order. If you need to cancel, email us with your order number and the email used at checkout — ASAP. If your order is already in production, it will be shipped.

Address Updates:
Just realized you typed your postal code wrong? We get it — but time is of the essence. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, send us the correct address with your order details immediately. Once an order is out for production or shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Changing Items in Your Order:
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t make changes to the items. Want to add, remove, or swap something? Just place a new order with the correct items.


Shipping Info

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Rates:
We offer flat-rate ground shipping throughout Canada, the USA. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Carriers We Use:
We prioritize trusted Canadian services like Canada Post whenever possible. For international orders, you may see carriers like FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on your region.

Production Time:
Since all of our items are made to order, please allow 2–10 business days for processing before shipping. Times may vary during peak seasons or due to supply chain delays.

Tracking Your Order:
You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you haven’t received it, check your spam or promotions folder — we might be hiding in there.

Shipping Timelines:
We do our best to ship quickly, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates. Even expedited shipping applies only once the item leaves production — not from the moment you click “Buy Now.”


Order Issues

Back-Ordered Items:
If something in your order is back-ordered, we’ll hold the shipment until everything’s ready. Need part of it sooner? Get in touch, and we’ll see what we can do. In rare cases, we may reach out to adjust or refund your order if restock dates are uncertain.

Marked “Delivered” But Not Received?

  • Double-check your shipping address.

  • Look around your property and check with neighbors or a front desk.

  • Sometimes, carriers mark packages as delivered a day or two early.
    Please wait 3 business days after the marked delivery date, and if it still hasn’t shown up, let us know. Missing packages must be reported within 30 days of the stated delivery.

Multiple Shipments:
To speed things up, your order might arrive in more than one package. You’ll get separate tracking emails for each. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for split shipments.
